1. What file formats do you accept?
We accept all standard artwork formats. Send us your artwork and we'll provide an online proof within 4 hours. You can request changes to your proof and we will make them for free until you're happy. While we accept all standard artwork formats, we recommend uploading vector artwork when possible. Otherwise we recommend that your artwork be at least 300 pixels per inch.
2. Do your prices include full color printing?
Yes, all prices include full color printing. There are no additional charges beyond what's listed on our web site.
3. Why was my artwork rejected?
There are 4 reasons we may reject your artwork when ordering a Redraw: 1.If your artwork is too complex. 2.If your artwork lacks enough detail or clarity to reproduce accurately. 3.If your artwork contains a watermark. 4.If we are unable to open the file submitted. If this happens, you will not be charged.
4. What format will you deliver my Redraw?
We’ll deliver your Redraw in EPS, SVG and PNG formats. EPS and SVG are vector formats that can be enlarged to any size and never lose clarity.
5. What do you mean by satisfaction guarantee?
If there's a quality problem with your order, contact us and we will replace any defective units for free.
6. How do I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
Contact us and attach a photograph that indicates the problem and we will address it accordingly. We typically do not require a physical return.
7. What if my order is delivered late?
You're entitled to a store credit if your order is delivered beyond the promised date. Please contact us so we can help.
8. What if I receive the incorrect quantity?
We aim to be within 10 percent of your requested order amount. It's more likely there will be extra units in your shipment. But, if your order is short, contact us and we will rush a reprint of the missing units or credit you for the value of the missing units.
9. When will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive by the date you select during checkout provided you approved your proof within 24 hours. If there is a delay in the proof approval process your delivery date will be pushed forward a corresponding number of days. For example, if there is a 4 day delay in the proof approval process then your delivery date will move forward 4 business days.
10. Returns & refunds
We maintain a less than 1% defect rate. However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us and provide a photograph that indicates a problem. We will reproduce any defective items after verifying the issue. Since every order is 100% custom, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you decide you do not want it, ordered the wrong size or prefer a different product. The most important aspects of our returns & refunds policies are: We must be contacted within 72 hours from delivery of any defects. We require you submit a photograph that clearly indicates the problem. We may request that you return 100% of a defective order before we reproduce your order We will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label if a return is required. We will reproduce or refund your order within 5 days if we verify that we made an error. We will use the original production time and shipping method when reproducing an order. All sales are final.
